Headquartered from London and Moscow, the Group moved many millions of tons of steel and steel-related material all over the globe, with particular focus of operations to export from CIS countries. Since 2008, focus of operations was transferred to the region of Balkans, in parallel developing the mining operations and building its deposits portfolio as Metalfer Mining in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia. In the last 4 years Metalfer Mining invested in mining and geological exploration works and the opening of mines of iron, lead, zinc, copper, and building stone aggregates diabase, on concessions in the Republic of Serbia, Montenegro and Republica Srpska. |
