Ayuna Nechaeva advises clients on listing options; ways to raise capital, corporate governance, investor relations and continuing obligations. In addition, Ms Nechaeva manages client relationships with over 100 existing listed issuers from Russia & CIS. Notable deals include Sberbank ($5.2bn), TCS Holdings ($1.1bn), Lenta ($974m), TBC Bank ($239m), and the recent $879 million IPO of Polyus, Russia’s top gold miner. Ayuna Nechaeva holds a Master’s in International Business degree from France’s Grenoble Graduate School of Business and an MA in Linguistics & Intercultural Communications from Russia’s Moscow State University.
